How it works

  1. View statement and payment options
    You’ll have the option to pay your total balance or setup a payment plan, as well as view your statement details or chat with one of our team members if you need help.
  2. Make payment
    When you’re ready to make a payment, you can do so using secure payment methods such as credit/debit card, Apple Pay or send in a check.

Insurance & Financial Counseling Services

Medical bills, insurance claims, benefits and deductibles can be confusing and overwhelming.

Low Country Cancer Care is committed to being a supportive resource for our patients. All Low Country Cancer Care offices have a dedicated Financial Counselor who will be your point of contact for any insurance related questions while you are in the office. You will meet with a Financial Counselor during one of your initial visits and at any time that you may have questions about your account or insurance coverage.

The Financial Counselor can also discuss patient assistance programs or payment options to provide you with various types of financial support for any out of pocket expenses related to your treatment.

Low Country Cancer Care accepts most major insurance plans. Please contact your Financial Counselor to determine if your physician is in-network with your health insurance coverage.

INFORMATION FOR OUR PATIENTS ABOUT COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

We understand you may have questions about COVID-19 vaccine availability and getting vaccinated. At this time, we do not have the ability to administer the vaccine. Please follow up with your primary healthcare provider regarding CDC recommendations for vaccination and availability.

ABOUT THE COVID-19 VACCINE

Despite the many challenges of this COVID-19 pandemic, we remain open and fully dedicated to safely and responsibly serving our cancer and hematology patients with exceptional care.

The safety and well-being of our patients, physicians, nurses and other team members is our top priority.

  • We continue to request and encourage individuals to come to the clinic alone, except for caregivers who assist patients with transport, translation or other personal needs. If questions, please call our clinic regarding the current Visitor Policy prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Everyone entering our clinic locations is asked to wear a protective face mask or face covering. Our staff members are wearing masks as well.
  • Upon arrival, we will take your temperature and ask a series of questions to identify anyone who may have been exposed to COVID-19 or who has signs and symptoms of respiratory illness.
