Julia is a Board-certified physician assistant specializing in hematology and oncology. She earned a Bachelor of Health Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University. She is an active member of the Association of Physician Assistants in Oncology, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Advanced Practitioner Society of Hematology and Oncology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Since becoming a physician assistant in 2020, Julia has been licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, caring for patients in Savannah and Pooler, GA, as well as Bluffton, SC. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with complex hematologic and oncologic conditions. She is deeply committed to building meaningful relationships while supporting patients and their families through every stage of diagnosis and treatment.
Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Julia worked in oncology clinical research and clinical ethics. This experience provided her with a unique perspective on cancer care and helped cultivate her passion for serving patients. Her background in research and medical ethics continues to guide her commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient advocacy.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with her busy blended family and their five wonderful children, who keep life full with sports and activities. When she is not traveling for events, she enjoys gardening, hiking and exploring new places.
